摘要
有毒中药的应用和记载历史悠久,其毒性是把双刃剑,能否合理使用,直接关系到临床用药安全。本综述通过检索相关中文数据库,总结了2015版《中华人民共和国药典》(一部)收载的83种有毒中药的毒性等级、用法用量、含量测定、毒性成分、毒性靶器官、半数致死剂量等信息,以期为有毒中药毒性、毒性分级、毒性控制方法等的进一步研究提供参考。
The applications and records of toxic traditional Chinese medicine has a long time.Safety of drug use depends on the way they used. In order to provide a reference for the further research,the toxicity grades,dosages and administration,content determination,toxic ingredients,toxic target organs and median lethal dose of the toxic traditional Chinese medicines recorded in Chinese pharmacopoeia（ 2015 version） were summarized in this review.
