摘要
目的:观察二母颗粒的止咳、化痰药效作用,为其剂型的改进提供试验依据。方法:采用浓氨水致小鼠咳嗽反应试验和小鼠呼吸道酚红排泌试验,观察受试药物的止咳、化痰作用。结果:二母颗粒高剂量组及二母散对照组均可显著减少小鼠2min内的咳嗽次数(P<0.01),其中二母颗粒高剂量组和二母散对照组可明显延长小鼠咳嗽反应潜伏期(高剂量组P<0.01,散剂组P<0.05),提高小鼠呼吸道酚红的排泌量(P<0.05)。结论:二母颗粒与其传统制剂二母散均具有止咳、化痰作用,提示该剂型的改进具有可行性,为其临床应用奠定了试验基础。
Objective:To observe the antitussive and expectorant therapeutic effects of ErMu Granule,so as to provide experimental basis for its dosage form improvement.Method:The model of cough induced by ammonia liquor spray to mice was used to observe the antitussive effect,and the model of phenel red excretion in mice was used to observe the expectorant effect.Result:High dosage group of ErMu Granule and ErMu powder group could significantly reduce cough times in 2 min(P<0.01).High dosage group of ErMu Granule and ErMu powder group could significantly lengthen the response latency of cough(High dosage group P<0.01,powder group P<0.05) and improve the respiratory tract excretion amount of phenol red(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both ErMu Granule and its traditional dosage form ErMu powder have the antitussive and expectorant effect,which suggests that the improvement of its dosage form is feasible and also lays an experimental foundation for its clinical application.
