摘要
小学科学教师自身科学素养的提高,不仅是实现小学科学教师职业成熟的基本途径,也是科学课程师资建设的核心理念。本文从小学科学教师职前、在职及职后三个层次和阶段分析提高小学科学教师科学素养的策略。
Their own elementary school science teachers to improve science literacy, primary school science teachers are not only achieve the basic way to professional maturity, is the core science curriculum of teacher development concept. This elementary school science teachers from pre-service and staff at three levels and stages of post-school science teachers to improve science literacy strategy.
