摘要
依据国家标准对46#机械油、白油以及两者按不同比例混合之后的油品粘度进行了实验测试.运用BFGS算法和全局最优化相结合的方法对试验数据进行拟合,得出了粘度计算模型.实验结果表明,通过将两种不同粘度的油品混合获得所需粘度的方法是可行的,粘度的计算模型具有一定的精度,拟合误差绝大部分数据可控制在±2%以内,可以作为粘度控制模型.
The 46 # machine oil and white oil s viscosity,and their samples mixed in different proportions were measured according to the national standard.The BFGS and global optimization methods were used to fit the experimental datum.Then the viscosity computation module was obtained.The results show that it is feasible to obtain the necessary viscosity by mixing two different oils.The viscosity computation module has a certain precision.Its fitting error is less than ±2% and can be used as the viscosity control mo...
