摘要
针对被动式体积管标准装置,在测量时间短、被检频率低的条件下采集脉冲数不足的问题,应用PLC构建测控系统,使用双时间法和硬件中断采集体积管光电开关信号和被检表脉冲信号,解决了硬件响应延迟、信号采集丢失现象,提高了计时计数的准确度。利用该装置对频率信号发生器在不同流量条件下进行模拟实验,频率误差结果满足0.02%,得到了良好的应用效果。
In order to solve the problem of insufficient pulse number of passive pipe prover standard device under the condition of short measurement time and low frequency,the double-timing method and hardw are interrupt are used to collect the photoelectric switch signal of the pipe prover and the pulse signal of the meter to be verified,while applying PLC to the measurement and control system.The phenomenon of hardware response delay and signal acquisition loss is solved,and the accuracy of timing and counting is improved.A simulate test of frequency signal generator under different flow condition is carried out by using this standard device,and the result of frequency error is 0.02%,which proves a good application effect.
