摘要
热敏电阻特性方程直接决定了温度的测量精度,分别介绍三种NTC热敏电阻的拟合方法,给出了相应方程参数的求解方法,并提出了基于交叉验证的切比雪夫多项式拟合方次的自适应算法.通过实验室校准表明,Steinhart-Hart方程以及切比雪夫多项式的最小二乘拟合具有较高的精度,切比雪夫多项式自适应算法所确定的拟合方程具有更好的拟合效果.
The temperature measurement accuracy is determined by thermistor characteristic equation.Three curve fitting methods of NTC thermistors and solutions methods of corresponding equations were introduced.An adaptive algorithm based on cross-validation for the powers of Chebyshev polynomials equation was proposed.It is shown that least squares for Steinhart-Hart equation and Chebyshev polynomials equation have great accuracy and the curve fitting equation determined by the adaptive algorithm for the Chebyshev polynomials method has better performance by experiment.
