摘要
提高教学质量依赖教学工作创新。创新教学工作要求高校教师走教学与教研一体化的道路 ,以教学研究促进教学能力的提高、促进素质教育的落实、促进教学工作与时俱进。只有在不断地教学与科研的过程中 ,教师才能在教学实践中及时汲取教学研究的最新成果、教学改革的最新经验以及学科建设的最新成就 ,才能实现教学工作的创新 ,不断提高教学的质量。
Teaching quality depends on creative teaching. College teachers can achieve creative teaching only by means of combining their practical teaching with teaching research .They are to make the research contribute to the classroom teaching so as to, finally, achieve quality education and make their teaching up to the date. Only by doing so, can college teachers make the newest teaching research achievements and improve their teaching quality.
