摘要
在我国高等教育实现了跨越式发展的背景下,以科学发展观为指导,着力提高教育质量,是新时期高等教育发展的中心工作,而"质量工程"是我国提高高等学校本科教育质量的重大举措。从教育生态学视角全新审视当前我国的高等教育质量工程建设,高校必须全面提升办学理念,注重内涵建设,强调规模结构质量效益的均衡发展,坚持内和外顺、环境建设的整体性,加快优秀教师团队的培养,使整个高等教育健康和谐、有序规范地发展。
After the higher education has advanced by leaps and bounds in our country,it becomes the central work of higher education development to improve the education quality according to the instructions of the scientific development views in the new period. And the ＂quality project＂ is the great measure to enhance the college education quality. Investigating the higher education quality construction at the new angle of education ecology, the university and college must advance the operation ideas ,focus on the intension construction, and balance the scale, structure, quality and benefit of the college development. Furthermore, for the purpose of the healthful and harmonious development of the higher education in a better order, they must improve on the inner and outer environment as a whole, and quicken to cultivate the team of excellent teachers.
