Constructive learning stresses to regard the students as the center of teaching, the main part of cognition, the active builder of knowledge, and the teacher as only a helper and promoter. Compared with the traditional PE teaching, the teaching design with accordance to constructive learning shows a great difference. The author tries to put forward some plans or this kind.
