摘要
沙棘纯果是沙棘果加工工艺中的一道关键工序。采用速冻方式,解决沙棘果难与枝条脱落、分离以 及保鲜贮藏问题,并进一步探讨该项技术的可行性。
Purification of seabuckthorn berries is the key working procedure for seabuckthorn berries processing. The hard problem of seabuckthorn fruit separation from branches and berries fresh stor-age could be solved with deepfreeze technology. The application feasibility was further studied in this article.
