摘要
本文研究了采后的沙棘果实的储存情况。分别使用 4种包装袋包装的沙棘果实 ,同时储存在 3种不同条件下 (室温 ,冷藏与恒温 2 5℃ )。结果表明 :在冷藏条件下保存在纸袋中效果最好 ,其次是冷藏条件下保存在聚乙烯袋中。共检测到 2 9种真菌活性 ,其中链格孢菌 (Alternaria) ,镰孢菌 (Fusarium ) ,曲霉菌 (Aspergillus) ,黑附球菌 (Epicoccum) ,青霉菌 (Pencillium) ,茎点霉菌 (Phoma)是优势菌种。不同储藏条件下种子活力也不同。在布袋中冷藏的沙棘种子的根与芽生长受抑制情况最明显。在此条件下非正常种子数也最多。聚乙烯袋中 2 5℃恒温的种子萌发率最低。冷藏条件下纸袋中的沙棘果实质量最好 ,也更耐储存。
Studies on the post harvest storage of seabuckthorn fruit in four containers under three storage conditions viz.at room temperature, refrigerated conditions and storage at 25℃, revealed that preservation in paper bags under refrigerated conditions is the best followed by storage in polythene bags.A total of 29 fungi were recovered, out of which species of Alternaria, Fusarium, Aspergillus, Penicillium, Phoma and Epicoccum were predominant.Seedling vigour index varied under different storage conditions.Root and shoot length were inhibited most in cloth bags under storage in refrigerator.Production of abnormal seedlings was also highest under these conditions.Storage in polythene bags at 25℃ led to a minimum seed germination.Storage of seabuckthorn fruits in small quantities in paper bags under refrigerated conditions is better and for longer duration.
