摘要
作为当今世界上最有影响、规模最大和最重要的国际组织,联合国在半个多世纪的发展历程中,在维护世界和平与安全方面作出了巨大贡献。然而,随着时代的变迁,其原有体制已不能适应新形势的需要,因此,联合国的改革成为必然;但改革近十年却依然分歧不断,困难重重,前路漫漫。
The Unite Nations,which is the largest,the most influential and the most importand international organization in the world,has made great contribution to keeping world peace and security over the past half century. However,as the time goes by,its existing of organization system can no longer be efficient to meet the demand of present situation,therefore it is reguired to make some reform.But in the recent decade of reform,there have appeared a lot of different opinions and difficulties, and a long way to go.
