摘要
宪法修正案第 2 2条 ,对公民财产权保障在立宪思维、保障规范结构、保障对象等方面作了全面修正 ,使公民财产权宪法保障获得质的飞跃 :实现了立宪思维从补充规制到人权追求的转变、规范结构体系从二重规范到三重结构的完善 ,保障对象从限定性到全面性的拓展。
The Item No.22 Constitutional Amendment performs an overall revision on citizen's property rights safeguard ranging from constitutional thinking to criterion framework of safeguard to the safeguarded object. It enables citizen's property right a leap over substantially from the constitution ensuring. Meanwhile, it embodies the conversion of constitutional thinking, from supplementary stipulating to human rights pursuit; Criterion framework system converts to triplicate criterion from duplicate one; the safeguarded object extends from a restricted object to a comprehensive one.
