摘要
目的 :评价尿激酶血肿内灌注联合静脉应用疏血通治疗高血压脑出血的疗效。方法 :将 80名高血压脑出血患者随机分为 2组 ,联合治疗组 4 0例 ,对照组 (常规疗法 ) 4 0例。比较 2组患者疗效、并发症及致残率。结果 :联合治疗组临床症状很快好转 ,与对照组比较 ,差异有显著性 ;住院 2周时疗效 ,联合治疗组优于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 5 ) ,并发症显著降低。随访半年 ,病人恢复良好者 ,联合治疗组 2 4例 ,对照组 1 2例 ,两组有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 2 5 )。结论
Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of urokinase perfusion combined with leechin infusion for treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:Eighty cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhge were randomly divided into 2 equal groups,study group and control group.The study group was treated with combined method and the control one with routine method. Effectiveness,complications and morbidity were observed.Results:Patients in the study group recovered more rapidly with fewer complications by the twelfth day of hospitalization ( P <0.005). For half a year of follow up good recovery was achieved in 24 cases in the study group and 12 in the control group( P <0.025). Conclusion:The combination of early urokinase perfusion in the hematoma with leechin infusion might get better results.
