摘要
高校是培养人才的基地,高校本身的人力资源状况对经济发展所需人才有决定性的影响。本文将经济学的人力资源理论与高校人力资源开发与管理的实践相结合,探讨了在全国高校合并的大背景下,我省高校人力资源管理的现状及整合策略。
Colleges and universities are the bases of nurturing and educating qualified personnel,meanwhile,it has a decisive influence on economic in human resources.This article discusses the situation of human resources management and strategies of reestablishment and amalgamation in our province in the combination of colleges and universities' amalgamation all over the nation by the integration of human resources theory in economics and the practice of development and management in colleges and universities.
