摘要
"订单班"教育是高职院校人才培养模式的一种新尝试,但在改革的实践中出现了一些困惑。本文从"订单班"后续巩固和发展的必要性出发,提出校、企、生三方共建的思路和措施,以共同实现"三赢"的良好局面。
A new try in the talent training pattern in the vacational college is the education on"the Ordered Class".Some problems arose during the reformation.Based on the following necessity of reinforcement and development of the Ordered Class,the article puts forward the idea and solution of coordinated efforts by the college,the enterprises and the students so as to build a rewarding situation called as"Three Winners".
