摘要
目的 探讨等幅正弦中频电流对小鼠急性低压缺氧引起脑皮质神经元超微结构损伤的保护作用。方法 昆明种小鼠 2 4只 ,随机分为空白对照组、模型 (低压缺氧 )组、等幅正弦中频电流组和等幅正弦中频电流 +低压缺氧组 ;在急性低压缺氧 30min后 ,立即将每组小鼠断头处死 ,取脑额叶部位皮质 ,制成电镜标本 ;用JEM 12 0 0EX透射电镜观察各组小鼠脑皮质神经元细胞超微结构的改变。结果 等幅正弦中频电流疗法可缓解因缺氧而导致小鼠脑皮质神经元细胞的核变形、核膜结构不光滑和细胞器数量减少等。结论 等幅正弦中频电流可改善由低压缺氧造成的脑神经元细胞损伤 ,并具有保护作用。
