摘要
目的 探讨音频电对急性低压缺氧引起学习记忆障碍的保护作用。方法 采用小鼠避暗实验法及自主活动法 ,观察音频电疗法对急性低压缺氧小鼠学习记忆功能的影响。结果 音频电及音频电 +低压缺氧组与相应的对照组比较 ,错误次数 (M)明显减少 ,潜伏期 (EL)显著延长 ;音频电 +低压缺氧组与模型组比较 ,自主活动增加。结论 音频电预防性治疗可改善由低压缺氧造成的记忆功能损害 ,并对急性缺氧所致的中枢抑制有改善作用。
