摘要
瑞士民法是近代民法法典化的重要成果。瑞士民法典立足本国传统和现实 ,在继承前人立法经验的基础上 ,又做出了许多重要的创新和突破 。
The Swiss civil law is an important achievement of modern civil codes. The Swiss civil code is based on both tradition and reality and it has brought forth a lot of significant new ideas and has exerted a great influence in the world on the basis of the legislative experience of predecessors.
