摘要
本文通过问卷调查,研究了非英语专业专科生、本科生和硕士研究生英语学习策略的使用状况以及各种策略使用水平之间的差异。根据Oxford (1990)的学习策略分类和学习策略量表,调查和比较了下面六类学习策略:记忆、认知、补偿、元认知、情感和社会。结果发现,学历层次越高,记忆和认知策略的使用水平越高,但情感和社会策略的使用水平与学历层次无关;所有策略的使用都是女生高于男生;学生使用较多的是补偿和认知策略,较少使用的是元认知和记忆策略,不同策略使用水平上的差异受到学历层次的调节。根据研究结果对英语学习策略及其训练进行了讨论。
English learning strategies used by non-English major students of three education levels (vocational college students, undergraduates and postgraduates) were investigated in Chinese context. The uses of six groups of strategies (memory, cognitive, compensation, metacognitive, affective and social) were examined and compared.
