摘要
教师是学校工作的主体,做好教师的管理工作是提高学校教学质量的关键。为了更好地调动教师的主观能动性,需要对教师进行绩效管理。应该制定一套科学合理、行之有效的绩效考核制度,在对教师做出客观、公正、准确测评的基础上,针对不同的考核对象,适用相应的奖惩制度;并适时、客观地做好信息沟通,以达到提高教师整体水平的目的。
Teachers are the main-body of the management of a college. So managing teachers well is the key to improve the teaching quality of the college. The performance management to teachers is especially necessary in order to increase their intuitive. On the basis of the objective, justified and reasonable assessment to teachers, a scientific and efficient performance estimation system should be formulated to employ the corresponding commend rules or punishment rules to teachers, thus the general level of teachers is wished to improve.
