摘要
学科建设与高校的生存和发展密切相关,在高等院校特别是在一般地方高校有着重要的地位与作用。一般地方高校在学科建设中由于基础和实力等原因存在诸多问题和自身的特点。因此,这类高校的学科建设要优化整合资源,抓住优势和特色,利用学校所在地区文化、自然资源和经济特色,创建特色学科,以点带面,推进学科建设,明确“人才强校”战略,从而提升学校的竞争力。
The construction of branches of learning,which has an important function and position in the universities,especially in local universities,has a close bearing on the existence and development of universities.The local universities have their problems in the foundation and strength,as well as their own characteristics.In order to improve the abilities of competition,these universities should better and conform resources in the construction of branches of learning,and take advantage of the features of culture,re- sources and economy to create characteristic branches of learning and to promote work in all areas by drawing upon experience gained at key point,and to make clear the strategy of“qualified personnel and strong university”.
