摘要
目的探讨应用自制脑维康胶囊治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法将135例脑梗死患者随机分为脑维康组68例,常规治疗对照组67例,以1个月为1个疗程,结束后进行疗效对照。结果脑维康组总有效率91.2%,痊愈加显效率79.4%;对照组总有效率80%,痊愈加显效率55%。两组经统计学处理有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论自制脑维康胶囊可能具有,促进肢体功能恢复及改善血液流变学。
Objective To study the curative effect of Nao Wei Kang Capsula made in our hospital on treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods One hundred and thirty-five cases of cerebral infarction were divided into two groups:the Nao Wei Kang group(68 cases)and the conventional treatment(control)group(67 cases).One month served as a treatment course.After treatment,the curative effects were compared with one another.Results The overall effective rate amounted to 91.2%;curative and excellent rate,79.4% in the Nao Wei Kang group.The overall effective rate accounted for 80%;curative and excellent rate,55% in the control group.There was a marked statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The Nao Wei Kang Capsula made in our hospital may promote limb function recovery and improve blood theology.
