摘要
目的 :探讨水蛭粉治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的疗效。方法 :130例急性缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为治疗组 70例和对照组 6 0例。基础治疗均静滴胞二磷胆碱 ,治疗组加服水蛭粉胶囊 6粒 ,对照组加服维脑路通片 0 .3g,2组均每日 3次 ,10日为 1个疗程 ,3个疗程后评定疗效。结果 :治疗组基本治愈率 35 .71% ,显效率5 0 .0 0 % ,有效率 7.14% ,总有效率 92 .86 % ;对照组基本治愈率 13.33% ,显效率 18.33% ,有效率 5 0 .0 0 % ,总有效率 81.6 7%。2组显愈率比较 :χ2 =39.5 8,P<0 .0 0 5。治疗组治疗后血液流变性较治疗前和对照组治疗后明显下降 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1) ,总胆固醇和甘油三酯较治疗前亦明显下降 (P均 <0 .0 5 )。结论 :水蛭粉可明显改善缺血性脑卒中患者的血液流变学和血脂 ,疗效可靠。
Objective:To investigate the curative effects of leech powder on accurately ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods:130 patients with AIS were randomly divided into therapeutic group ( n =70) and control group ( n =60).Citicoline infused intravenously was taken to two groups,therapeutic group added leech powder capsule (水蛭粉胶囊) six tablets three times a day,while the control group added Weinaolutong pills(维脑路通片)0 3 g three times a day,10 days as one therapeutic course for both two groups.After three therapeutic course the curative efficacy was evaluated.Results: In therapeutic group 35 71% were cured,50 00% were markedly effective,7 14% were effective,and the total effective rate was 92 86%;but in the control group 13 33% were cured,18 33% were markedly effective,and 50 00% were effective,the total effective rate was 81 67%.In comparison between two groups,the curative effects in therapeutic group were obviously superior to those in control group (χ 2=39 58, P <0 005).Otherwise after therapy the parameters of blood rheology were decreased in therapeutic group much more significantly than those before therapy and those in control group ( P <0 05 or P <0 01),meantime the total cholesterols and triglycerides were decreased much more significantly than those before therapy too (both P <0 05).Conclusions: The curative effects of leech powder on treating AIS are reliable,blood lipids and blood flow may be obviously improved.
