摘要
师范专科教育为农村中小学输送合格新教师的办学宗旨逐渐弱化。英语师范专科毕业生从教比例很低。重要原因之一是教师职业效能感低。增强英语师范专科生教师效能感,必须从课程设置入手,通过"三加强"、"两开展"、"一延长",全面提高其综合素质。
Among targets of a normal college,cultivating qualified teachers for elementary schools is a key one,which is weakening.Less and less of graduates majoring in English take up teaching due to lacking the sense of teaching-efficacy.A profound reform based on that of curriculum is in bad need to strengthen their teaching efficacy by 'strengthening','implementing' and 'prolonging',thus enhancing learner overall quality.
