摘要
服务行业的从业者应具备良好的服务意识,尤其在酒店管理人才培养方面,服务意识的培养极为重要。文章从前台服务、客房服务、餐饮服务和跨部门管理与合作四个方面介绍了瑞士酒店管理学院培养服务意识的基本经验,以期对我国酒店同仁有所启迪。
In tertiary industry,especially in the arena of hotel management,service consciousness is of great importance.The paper,from the perspectives of Front Office,Housekeeping,F&B and Transdepartmental Cooperation,introduces basic experience on the cultivation of service consciousness at Schools of Hotel Management in Switzerland with the aim to share it with our counterparts at home.
