MG132对雨蛙肽诱导的小鼠急性胰腺炎相关性肺损伤的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究MG132对小鼠急性胰腺炎(AP)相关性肺损伤的影响。方法45只BALB/c小鼠随机分为对照组、AP组和MG132组,每组又分为3、6、12 h三个亚组,每组5只。AP组和MG132组采用雨蛙肽100μg/kg腹腔内注射,1次/h,共6次;对照组注射相同剂量的生理盐水。MG132组在AP诱导前30 min腹腔注射MG132 10 mg/kg。检测血淀粉酶,免疫组化法分析肺组织核因子-κB(NFκ-B)的表达,观察肺组织病理学改变。结果与AP组比较,MG132各亚组血清淀粉酶水平均明显下降,肺组织NFκ-B表达明显下调,肺组织病理评分明显降低。结论MG132对AP相关性肺损伤有保护作用,可能与抑制NF-κB的活化有关。 Objective To atudy the effect of MG132 on acute pancreatitis(AP)-associated lung injury.Methods Forty-five BALB/c mice were randomly allocated to three groups of control(C),AP model(AP) and MG132 pretreatment(MG) with 15 mice each.Each group was subdivided into 3,6 and 12 h subgroups with 5 mice each.The mice in groups AP and MG were injected intraperitoneally 100 μg/kg cerulein,once a hour for six times,and those in group C received normal saline instead of cerulein.MG132 10 mg/kg was injected intraperiton...
