摘要
百草枯是目前我国引起急性中毒病死率较高的除草剂,主要是通过一系列的氧化还原反应产生多种自由基造成对机体各个脏器功能严重的损害,尤其是对肺功能损害最严重。百草枯中毒炎性反应和氧化应激相互影响,参与细胞损伤过程,其共同的枢纽可能是核因子κB。现进一步阐明百草枯中毒导致的病理机制与核因子κB之间的关系,为今后百草枯中毒的治疗提供新的思路。
Acute paraquat(a herbicide) poisoning has a high mortality in humans,mainly through a series of redox reactions that produce a variety of free radicals and cause serious damages to major organs,most serious in lung.Paraquat poisoning associated inflammation and oxidative stress interact with each other in cell injury,pivoting on nuclear factor κB(NF-κB).The further characterization of the pathogenesis of acute paraquat poisoning in association with NF-κB will render a new concept of treatment.
