摘要
预约书服务是图书馆在新时期开展的一项业务。其优点在于节省读者的时间、提高图书的使用效率、有利于图书数据库的管理及采购人员对热门书的了解和补充。通过分析中国人民大学图书馆的预约书管理工作,发现其存在如下问题:不方便读者取预约书;预约书容易放错地方;预约期限过长而影响热门书的借阅。对于以上问题进行改进的预约书管理工作大大方便了读者、杜绝了预约书放错地方的现象、便于预约书的统一管理、提高了热门书的使用效率。
