摘要
介绍导流浮阀塔板的结构特点、冷模实验结果及工业应用情况。与传统的浮阀塔板相比,其塔板压降低、泄漏小、雾沫夹带少、操作弹性大、板效率高、导流作用显著,能有效解决石油炼制装置的瓶颈问题和塔盘滞留区的返混,增强气液传质,与其他具有导流作用的浮阀塔板相比,其良好的流体力学性能和传质性能更为突出。
