摘要
本文介绍了 L1条型浮阀塔板的结构特点、试验室研究结果、设计方法,以及其性能与 F1型浮阀塔板的对比。在三个不同规模的常压分馏塔中,用 L1条型浮阀塔板取代 F1型浮阀塔板进行技术改造,取得了提高处理能力、改善产品分割质量、提高轻质油收率的效果。研究和工业生产实践表明,L1条型浮阀塔板的综合性能优于 F1型浮阀塔板。
This article presents the structural cheracteristics,experimental results and design method of L1 type rectangular valve tray.The performance of L1 tray is compared with that of F1 type valve tray. Three crude distillation towers with different diameters and originally equiped with F1 trays were re- vamped with L1 trays.After revamping,their capacities were enhanced,product qualities were im- proved and the light oil yields were increased.Both study and commericial practice indicate that the overall performance of L1 tray is better than that of F1 tray.
