梯形浮阀气流吹出时对液体产生分散力和导流力,使塔板的流体力学与传质性能有新的改变。系统的试验室研究证明了其结构的优越性。梯形浮阀已成功地应用于一座直径为φ2800mm/φ38000mm有48层塔板的原油常压蒸馏塔,改善了产品分割质量,提高了轻质油收率,取得了良好的经济效益。
The gas flow blowing out from the trapezoidal floa valve tray exerts dispersion and deflection forces tothe liquid, improving both hydrodynamics and mass transfer performance of the tray. Systematic laboratoryinvestigation indicated its superiorities in configuration. It has been successfully applied in a crude atmosphericdistillation tower with a diameter of 2800mm/3800mm and 48-layer trays. The pnduct quality upgraded, and thelight oil yield increased. Good economic benefit has been achieved.
