摘要
目的 了解氟西汀使用发生不良反应的情况,为临床合理用药提供警示.方法 检索中国医院数字图书馆的期刊全文数据库(CHDL)和万方数据库,对1995～2007年12月收到的氟西汀所致的不良反应进行统计,并分析药物的相互作用.结果 氟西汀所致不良反应涉及机体多个系统,但主要表现为神经系统损害,同时也会出现一些少见的不良反应. 结论氟西汀的各种不良反应日渐显现,临床应重视这些不良反应以及药物的相互作用,以确保用药安全.
OBJECTIVE To understand various adverse reaction of fluoxetine hydrochloride in order to provide warnings for clinical rational drug use.METHODS The cases of ADR of fluoxetine hydrochloride were searched through CHDL and WangFang Data from January,1995 to December,2007 and the ineraction with other medications were as well. RESULTS The ADRs of fluoxetine hydrochloride involved in several systems,and the most was the damage of the nervous system.Also there were some ADRs seldom appeard.CONCLUSION Various adverse reactions of fluoxetine hydrochloride have appeared increasingly.We must pay attention to the serious ADR and drug interaction of fluoxetine hydrochloride so that the rational use of drugs can be assured.
