摘要
目的:探讨别嘌醇致不良反应发生的规律及特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:通过中国知网(CNKI)的中国医院知识仓库(CHKD)期刊全文数据库及万方数据库,检索2000–2015年有关别嘌醇致不良反应的有效文献95篇,并按患者性别、年龄、原患疾病与过敏史、给药途径、累及系统/器官及临床表现等方面进行统计分析。结果:收集别嘌醇所致不良反应114例中,皮肤损害80例,消化系统损害10例;其发生ADR时间最早为用药后8 h,最迟为用药2个月后;预后除造成13例死亡,95例经停药、对症治疗后均好转。结论:别嘌醇引起的不良反应临床表现复杂多样,其发生与多种因素有关,最严重的可能导致死亡,值得关注。
Objective: To explore the regularity and characteristics of ADRs induced by allopurinol. Methods: Based on the CHKD and Wanfang database (2000 – 2015), a total of 95 literature about allopurinol-induced ADRs were collected and analyzed statistically in respect of patients' gender, age, original disease and allergic history, route of administration, systems/organs involved in ADR and clinical manifestations. Results: A total of 114 cases of allopurinol ADRs were collected. About 80 cases involved skin lesions damage. About 10 cases involved digestive system damage. The earliest ADR occurred within 8 hours after administration,while the latest ADR occurred 2 months later after administration. About 13 patients died, 95 cases improved by withdrawal or treatment. Conclusion: ADRs induced by allopurinol were complicated and had various symptoms caused by different reasons. We should pay more attention to allopurinol-induced ADRs.
