摘要
目的:观察五龙克糖口服液对2型糖尿病大鼠胰岛分泌功能的影响。方法:采用链脲佐菌素和高热量饲养的方法模拟2型糖尿病大鼠模型,研究五龙克糖口服液对2型糖尿病大鼠 HOMA-β细胞分泌指数的影响,并用免疫组化法观察胰岛细胞中胰岛素的表达,同时作 HE 染色。结果:五龙克糖口服液可显著提高 HOMA-β细胞分泌指数(P<0.01),明显增强胰岛细胞中胰岛素表达(P<0.01),对胰岛内分泌细胞有一定修复功能。结论:五龙克糖口服液能促进被损伤的胰岛β细胞修复,从而改善胰岛β细胞功能。
Objective:To observe the effect of Wulong Ketang Oral Liquid (WLJT) on the secretion of pancreas islets of type Ⅱ diabetes.
