摘要
目的 了解广东汉族人内皮细胞型一氧化氮合酶4b/a基因的分布特点。方法 应用聚合酶链反应技术对116例正常人内皮细胞型一氧化氮合酶基因进行扩增并进行图谱分析。并结合文献进行了不同种族间的分析比较。结果 广东汉族人群中内皮细胞型一化氮合酶4b/a基因表型频率:eNOS a./a 0.0081,eNOS a/b 0.1293,eNOSb/b 0.8600.eNOS 4 b/a 等位基因频率:eNOS a 0.0733,eNOS b 0.9267。结论 内皮细胞型一氧化氮合酶4 b/a基因多态性在不同种族间分布存在着明显的差异。
Objective To identify the distribution feature of eNOS gene in the Hans in Guangdong Province. Method eNOS genes from normal individuals were amplified with PCR. Results It was shown that the gene frequency of eNOS was as followed;genotype frequency:eNOS a. /a 0.0081, eNOS a/b 0.1293, eNOS b/b 0. 8600. eNOS Gene frequency:eNOS a 0. 0733, eNOS b 0.9267. Conclusion eNOS genes distribution in the Hans in Guangdong Province is different from those in other areas.
