摘要
采用教师职业枯竭问卷和Beck抑郁问卷(BDI)进行调查,结果表明(1)农村小学教师的情绪衰竭、非人性化程度显著低于城市教师,认知枯竭程度显著高于城市教师,个人成就感差异不显著;(2)工作量大小对农村小学教师的职业枯竭程度有影响;(3)BDI总分、部分项目与职业枯竭有相关,但都在0.3以下,说明职业枯竭和抑郁虽然有交叉,但实质不同。
Through the survey of teachers with Burnout Inventory for Chinese Teachers, and Beck Depression Inventory (BDI-21),the article got the results as following.Firstly, country primary school teachers were significantly lower than the comparative group on the degrees of Emotional Exhaustion and Depersonalization, and higher on the degree of Intellectual Burnout.
