摘要
该文基于对内蒙古中部地区263名小学教师的职业倦怠状况所作的调查,其旨在分析内蒙古中部地区小学教师的职业倦怠现状及农村、城市小学教师职业倦怠的差异,以期为做好小学教师职业倦怠的预防及其干预提供科学依据。研究结果表明:城市小学教师的情绪衰竭、去人性化维度明显高于农村小学教师,而在认知枯竭维度上,农村小学教师显著地高于城市小学教师。
This research investigated the situation of 263 primary school teachers' occupation burnout in central Inner Mongolia region. The purposes of this research are to analyze the primary school teachers' occupation burnout in central Inner Mongolia region and differences between rural teachers and urban teachers in occupation bumout. And it is also provides a scientific basis for the prevention and intervention of the primary school teachers' occupation burnout. The results have been gained as follows: the emotional exhaustion and the depersonalization of the urban primary teachers are significantly higher than the rural primary teachers; in cognize burnout, it's obviously higher in rural teachers than in urban primary teachers.
