摘要
目的探讨乳化异氟醚(ISO)对大鼠局灶性脑缺血/再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法60只♂SD大鼠,随机分为6组。假手术组仅分离血管,不留置线拴;脑缺血模型(MO)组缺血前吸入纯氧30 min后行大脑中动脉阻闭(MCAO),2 h后抽出线栓恢复再灌注;吸入ISO组缺血前吸入0.9%ISO 30 min;乳化ISO组缺血前给予17 ml.kg?.1h?18%乳化ISO;异丙酚(PRO)组缺血前给予15 mg.kg?1PRO;30%脂肪乳(INT)组缺血前给予30%INT17 ml.kg?.1h?1,各组于再灌注后24 h进行神经功能评分(DNS)并计算24 h时脑梗死体积。结果术后,乳化ISO组、吸入ISO组和PRO组的DNS评分明显低于MO组(P<0.05);再灌注24 h后MO组的脑梗死体积为227.5±18.15 mm3,乳化ISO组、吸入ISO组的梗死面积缩小(P<0.05),但乳化ISO组和吸入ISO组的梗死面积无显著性差异。结论缺血前给予乳化ISO,对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤可起一定的保护作用。
