盘型件双面辗压过程的数值模拟研究 被引量:6

摘要 利用商品化软件Deform3D,对盘型件双面辗压成形过程进行了24种不同工况的数值模拟,获得了辗压沟槽的形态特征以及工具参数、工件参数和工艺参数对沟槽形态的影响。最后对槽深与压痕深度的关系问题进行了数值模拟与实验结果对比,二者符合较好,说明数值模拟给出的研究结论是可信的。 By using the software DEFORM3D,a numerical simulation of the double-sided roll forming of discal parts in 24 different cases has been carried out and the influences of the roller geometry,workpiece geometry and process parameters on the groove shape have been obtained. Both experimental and calculated results on variation of groove depth with impress depth have been compared,resulting in that the two were in accordance with each other hence correct and believable numerical results.
