摘要
无模碾压技术在发动机用双性能涡轮盘成形方面具有特色优势,并广泛应用于高温合金、钛合金、轻合金和钢类等大型复杂盘件的加工成形。通过详细剖析无模碾压技术及设备研究现状,分析并探讨了现有设备样机存在的问题及实现无模碾压技术产业化应用的主要途径。研究结果表明,目前仅有俄罗斯和美国GE掌握无模碾压成形工艺和装备,国内仍处于基础研究阶段;现有样机设备刚度和强度不足,在框架结构、加热系统、成形工艺及模拟仿真方面还存在一些问题,尚不能满足高温合金涡轮盘样件的成形需求,亟需开发新一代无模碾压成形设备;基于前期在电阻炉加热系统、碾压头设计、工艺计算软件和工艺数控执行系统的研究成果,依托现有成熟的卧式数控辗环机并在其基础上改造升级,是无模碾压技术快速实现产业化的最佳途径。
Dieless rolling technique is quite important for the forming of large complex disk parts such as high temperature alloy or titanium alloy turbine disc and has special advantages in double performance turbine disc forming.The results show that only Russia and the United States GE have mastered the technology and equipment of dieless rolling forming at present,and China is still in the preliminary stage;The stiffness and strength of existing equipment cannot satisfy the requirements of high-temperature alloy turbine disc forming and there are still some problems in frame structure,heating system,forming process and simulation,and it is still crucially necessary to develop a novel second-generation equipment;Based on the previous findings on the heating system of resistance furnace,design of rolling head,technology calculation software and process system,the transformation and upgrading of the traditional rolling ring machine is the best way to realize the industrialization of dieless rolling technology.
