摘要
由于刀具刀尖处 (刃区 )存在着转接圆弧 ,在传统机床上使用时这些圆弧不影响加工精度 ,而在数控机床加工时 ,由于加工工艺不同及被加工表面的特殊性 ,刀具的这些转接圆弧可能会影响尺寸精度。以车、铣刀为例分析了转接圆弧与加工精度的关系 ,给出了相应的解决措施 ,并提出刀具切削刃转接半径与加工精度的关系问题不应再被忽视。
Because of the existance of connectting arc(blade area) at cutter point,the connectting arc has no effect on machining accuracy in traditional machining. In NC machining,the machining accuracy may be affected by the connectting arc because of the changes of process and special surfaces. The relation between the connectting arc of cutter point and machining accuracy in turning and milling machining is analyzed to put forward some solutions for controlling the machining accuracy.
