摘要
流动性是信托和约的首要条件。制度障碍导致的经济资源不能够自由流动是造成信托市场流通机制不健全和效率损失的根本原因,也是制约我国信托业发展的重要原因。通过修改、完善《信托法》等法律法规进行制度性建设是发展我国信托业的根本措施,同时,完善市场机制,从产品、信息、流通机制等多方面进行创新也是促进我国信托业发展的重要途径。
The trust liquidity mechanism is a'bottle neck'factor,which has restricted the trust industry in China.The text analyses nature of trust contract from a new angle and create a model to analyze actuality,reasons and efficiency losing of trust circulating mechanism.Then appraise innovation measures in trust industry.At last put forward some proposes.
