摘要
结合军事体育教学特点,在通过400m障碍的教学训练中,采用间歇训练法.结果表明,合理科学地运用间歇训练法可以提高运动能力.
The interval approach is used in 400 m barrier training according to the features of the military physical education. The result is that the interval approach used in 400 m barrier training increases student s physical capacity. The article studies this approach in detail.
