摘要
十年间,在从上海五国到上海合作组织的转变和发展过程中,上海合作组织的安全职能空前扩充,维护地区安全的作用和效应愈益显著。上海合作组织在安全领域面临诸多问题和挑战,在维护安全领域尚有着较大的回旋空间和余地。上海合作组织还可进一步加强与世界其他国际组织和反恐力量的合作,并同一切破坏地区安全与稳定的其他现象作斗争。
