摘要
共同利益是国际合作形成的基础和前提,只有不断凸显彼此间利益的趋同性,才会形成长期、持久的国际合作,而上海合作组织的成立即是致力于维护地区和平与稳定、促成成员国各领域内的合作,因而在其形成发展过程中共同利益因素的影响不可或缺。以共同利益为根本基点,对上海合作组织这一新型合作模式进行深入剖析,可以为研究国家间关系提供一种新的视角。
Common interests are the foundation and prerequisite for the establishment of international cooperation. Only by continuously highlighting the convergence of mutual interests can a long-term and sustained international cooperation come into being. The establishment of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization aims at maintaining regional peace and stability and facilitating cooperation for Member States in .various fields for which the influence of common interest factors are indispensable to its formation and development. Based on common interests as the fundamental starting point, the in- depth analysis of the new cooperation mode of Shanghai Cooperation Organization can provide a new perspective for the study on inter-state relations.
