摘要
以联合国为中心的国际体系是中国开展多边外交的重要舞台,是宣传和谐世界理念、开展和谐外交的中心场所;以周边为腹地的地区机制是中国开展多边外交的重要平台,是建设和谐周边、和谐亚洲的地区框架;跨地区、跨洲际合作是中国开展多边外交的重要形式,是开展全方位合作、实施和谐世界战略的有效手段;以议题为导向的会议论坛是中国开展多边外交的重要途径,是承担国际责任、推进全球治理的现实渠道。
The United Nations is the central stage for China to promote the concept of Harmonious World and carry out muhilateral diplomacy; regional mechanisms based on the surrounding area is an important platform for China to build a harmonious region and harmonious Asia; transregional or transcontinental cooperation is a key form of Chinese multilateral diplomacy and an effective means to carry out all -round cooperation as well as harmonious world strategy; issue -oriented forums and international conferences are important paths for China to implement muhilateral diplomacy, and they are also the realistic channels for China to shoulder international responsibilities and engage in global governance.
