摘要
目前代谢组学已广泛应用于疾病诊断、新药研究与开发、药物作用机制研究以及食品科学等领域。在临床领域,代谢组学在肿瘤相关研究中应用及报道最多。同时,股骨头坏死相关机制研究领域中也已有一定数量的系统代谢组学研究报道,基于这些研究,为股骨头坏死筛选出了一系列有意义的潜在候选生物标志物,有望为股骨头坏死的早期诊断及病情监测提供新的可靠指标。在此,本文对前期股骨头坏死的相关代谢组学研究进行综述及总结展望。
At present,metabolomics has been widely used in the fields of disease diagnosis,new drug research and development,drug mechanism research,and food science.In the clinical field,metabolomics is the most widely used and reported in cancer-related research.At the same time,a certain number of systematic metabolomics studies have been reported in the field of femoral head necrosis related mechanism research.Based on these studies,a series of meaningful potential candidate biomarkers have been screened for femoral head necrosis,which are expected to provide new reliable indicators for early diagnosis and disease monitoring of femoral head necrosis.This article reviewed and summarized the prospect of metabolomics research on early-stage osteonecrosis of the femoral head.
