摘要
复发性口腔溃疡(RAU)是一种发病率较高的口腔黏膜病,发病率约占人群的20%,由于病因不清楚,临床上容易反复发作,一直是困扰医生和患者的一个难题,笔者通过中西医结合治疗,从中医方面突出个体治疗,多辨症为阴虚夹湿,以甘露饮加减,西医方面通过局部用药为主,兼以补充维生素,调节免疫等治疗,取得较好疗效,期望能与同道共同学习与交流.
Recurrent oral ulcer(he)is a higher incidence of oral cavity mucous membrane disease incidence accounted for about 20%of the population,because the etiology is not clear,easy to break out repeatedly,has always been a difficulty in doctors and patients,the author through the cooperation of Chinese and western medicine treatment,the outstanding individual treatment,from the aspects of TCM syndrome for more Yin wet,with dew drinks add and subtract,western medicine aspect through local drug is given priority to,and to supplement vitamin,treatment such as immune regulation,obtains the good curative effect,looking forward to learning and communication together with the fellow.
