摘要
目的：观察蒲地蓝口服液治疗复发性口腔溃疡（ROU）的临床疗效。方法：选取2014年2~9月在天津市南开医院口腔科就诊的ROU患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,各30例。实验组口服维生素C和复合维生素B,并用蒲地蓝口服液含服,对照组口服维生素C和复合维生素B。观察1至7天疗效（观察患者平均溃疡天数,疼痛指数）,进行对比分析。结果：实验组溃疡愈合时间较对照组明显缩短（P=0.037〈0.05）,治疗第三天溃疡疼痛指数较对照组明显减轻（P〈0.05）,两组差异具有统计学意义,实验组较对照组疗效有统计学意义（P=0.043,P〈0.05）。实验中未出现明显不良反应而停药及不良黏膜着色现象。结论：采用蒲地蓝口服液治疗ROU效果显著,能缩短溃疡愈合时间,缓解局部症状,且无不良反应。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Pudilan in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer（ROU）.Methods： A total of 60 patients admitted to the department of stomatology in Tianjin Nankai hospital from February to September in 2014 were selected.All the patients were randomly divided into experiment group and control group,each group of 30 patients.The experimental group was treated with vitamin C and vitamin B combined with Pudilan,the control group was treated with vitamin C and vitamin B.The clinical effect（duration,pain degree） of these two group was evaluated from one day to seven day after treatment.Results： The duration of treatment was significantly shorter than the control group（P=0.0370.05）,from the third day of treatment,the ulcer pain index was significantly reduced compared with the control group（P〈0.05）,the difference was statistically significant.No adverse reaction and mucosa staining appeared during the experiment.Conclusion： Pudilan has an obvious effect.It can shorten the duration of treatment, and it can also relieve local symptoms and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
